Ali Ahmad wins 2020 Minneapple Debate Tournament

Congratulations to Ali Ahmad from Harrison for winning the 2020 Apple Valley Minneapple Debate Tournament. In finals, Ali defeated Strake Jesuit’s Ben Erdmann on a 2-1 decision (You, Gibson, McConway*). In addition, Ali Ahmad won top speaker in LD.

We’d like to congratulate our alumni for their success this weekend. In particular, we’d like to congratulate Anshul Reddy (Octos), Rhys Moon, Anish Ramireddy, Beatrice Culligan, Lucas Hunter (Dubs), Keshav Dandu, Jane Lichtman, Felicity Park, and Benjamin Cortez (Trips) for reaching elimination rounds.
